The story of Office Print Service Company began in 2000 when several young and energetic recent graduates of the best Russian and Western universities decided to start their own refilling and remanufacturing business based on long-term partner relationships, and a Western understanding of quality product standards and service.

In 1999 they purchased a set of equipment for production of cartridges in Italy. Technicians were trained by their Italian colleagues and the first client agreement was signed in February 2000. This moment became the Company's birthday and has been celebrated annually ever since.

After nine years of work we acquired immense experience and gained a reputation of being the market experts. Today our team consists of 200 employees, and we have an extensive network of representative offices and production facilities in the main regions of the Russian Federation. This enables us to provide services to more than 10,000 customers including large companies, government offices, banks, small and medium sized businesses.

Cooperation with us is a conscious and long-term choice of our customers as by using OPS cartridges they are reducing their printing costs by more than half.

We regularly improve on quality and carefully keep track of global trends in the development of printing technology. Our product engineering staff in our research laboratory carefully selects the best components available in the global supplies market. We are strategic partners of Static Control Components (USA) and Mitsubishi (Japan) - world leaders in production of working parts and toners for cartridges.

The high quality of the Company's products is confirmed by numerous awards at prestigious exhibitions. We are a prize winner of the "100 best manufactured goods of Russian" Competition in the cartridge refilling and remanufacturing category, as well as winners of gold and platinum medals at the "All-Russian Trademark. 21st Century Mark of Quality" for laser cartridge production technology.

All goods and the services have been voluntary certified (certificates of compliance No. ROSS RU.AU77.N07822 dated 19.06.2007 and No. ROSS RU.U300.М31801 dated 28.02.2007). Liability of OPS Company as a manufacturer is insured by RESO-Garantia Company (policy No. 201006743 dated 24.04.2007). Certificate of ISO 9001-2000.

In 2006 we initiated a new project - sale of franchises. The package proposal includes supply of equipment and a set of supplies, training of the franchisee's personnel, a start-up team, transfer of production and business technologies, assessment of business prospects in a specific region, providing of advertising and promotional materials, and ongoing consulting services throughout the entire period of cooperation. In addition, the company authorizes the franchisee to use the trademark locally and guarantees lack of any other franchisees in the same region thus excluding unfair competition.

The franchising network has been actively developing, systematically covers all of Russia, and currently consists of 16 partner enterprises.

Since 2007 the Company has been developing a new line of business - sale of office equipment. You may purchase printing equipment of leading global manufacturers from us. Our managers will help you select the most appropriate equipment set on the basis of specific requirements and tasks while service engineers will develop an individual maintenance plan.

In July 2008 we became the first Russian company member of the European Toner and Inkjet Remanufacturers Association (ETIRA).

Office Print Service was selected from among Russian companies of the industry on the basis of compliance with the code of conduct of the Association members and the high EC quality standard that includes:

1. That the manufacturer is professionally competent, and has production and engineering capabilities supported by diplomas and certificates necessary for production of premium quality goods.
2. Mandatory quality control testing of products.
3. Availability of appropriate warranties and unswerving adherence to them with respect to its products and services.
