- Printer, copier, MFD and facsimile repair is made upon your request, when the equipment is out of order or malfunctioning. You determine whether there is a need for service.
- Technical service through diagnostics takes place based on the ongoing monitoring of the status of your equipment by Company specialists. Based on the information received regarding the condition of the equipment we may recommend certain preventative measures and routine maintenance.
- Scheduled technical service is done based on a previously determined calculation of the workload and conditions of use of the equipment. The Company engineers plan a required number of maintenance appointments and coordinate with you.
Depending on the specific nature of equipment operation and preferences an individual maintenance system may be developed.
